I like the placement of thumbs and advertising banners. And also I like that the game thumb on the pre-game page at the top and the game-box at the top.

The Site itself looks great. However, isn't it pretty risky using the name addictinggames in your domain? I think they could come after you if the site gets popular enough.

IMHO, addictinggames isn't a trademark. Also, there are plenty of sites using addictinggames in their domain. Example:

Despite all those mentioned examples, it looks to me like addicting games indeed IS trademarked, you can see for yourself here...

Now the possibilities of them trying to take your domain is a whole other story, I agree with you that they probably wouldnt.

The point is though, they possibly could if they wanted to.

I would keep it aswell, there are sites directly underneath them in google that dont seem to have any problems.

The site looks good. However is doesn't get out of the crowd. I would use the time to filter the games so only really addictive games will be published.
