Linkexchanges as out php ?

I'm new to ATS but i've read something about this and i see it alot more.
Instead of using (slow!) banner exhanges, use those banners as an out.php

How do i sit this up, is it just an a href="out.php" ? Or something more complicated?

Why do i want this, i would like to trade more, get the 1:1 instead of 9:10 (so i lose 1 in 10) and.. pagespeed, those banner exchanges are slow to many requests/loadings and those images aren't optimized/compressed.

So i would like to know if someone can tell me how i can get custom images working with the trading system so it grabs a random or just the first in line trade partner (instead via a game, via custom banner)

Can someone help me ?

Geo3kant,

The ATS out.php direct traffic according to either $id, $gameID or $url.
If all the 3 variables are empty, it will randomly select from the trade list.

You can change the sql to select partner site that your site has underdelivered.

You can upload 1.gif to 9.gif and use the rand(1,9) function to randomly select the image.

Im fine with the random function, if a visitor clicks my fake game image or banner it should be send out to any given partner, i dont mind which one.. does this happen with a href="out.php" ?

Yes, according to the ATS out.php I have.

You can confirm by adding 1 one your site at trader and test out the out.php

Thanks Stereo, but does it count correctly in my tradestats and the stats of the partner receiving? If yes, im going to use it to start of because i cant sign up to cpm star etc because of to little pageviews.
