XML Sitemap Generator settings and double content

Hi all!
I wondering about double content in WP using ArcadeBB Theme.
My Site have 5 different categories including "plugs" category for traffic trade and many tag pages. All posts I always submit to 2 category - "plugs" and another.
So, about double content. All posts in archives(/games), tag pages and 2 categories.
Any tips how to get rid of double content I'll very appreciate.

Here are the 2 steps to get rid of double content.

1. When generating sitemap.xml, excludes "Plugs" category.
2. When linking to games in the "Plugs" category, use ref="nofollow" in the <a href="..."></a>

I trying exclude "Plugs" category earlier, but when I excluding "Plugs" category and rebuild sitemap manually, from sitemap dissappear all games(posts)

If you don't exluces "Plugs" category, sitemap is normal?
If you excludes "Plugs" category, not uncategorized, both games/post and plugs/post also disappear from the sitemap.xml?

In your img file, I did not see "Plugs" category but uncategorized category.

In my sitemap.xml, I only include Homepage, post, tags and last mod time and exclude Plugs category.

If don't exclude "Plugs" category, sitemap contain all posts /games/postname and not contain /plugs/postname, if excludes "Plugs" category, all /games/postname disappear.
I also include Homepage, post, tags and last mod time in sitemap and exclude categories.
So, if sitemap not contain categories, GoogleBot don't found double content from sitemap?
Also, if I have categories and they not include in sitemap, bot may found it from homepage. Right?
If I not mistaking, GoogleBot follow on "nofollow" link, but weight is not transmitted from this page and all weight from page with "nofollow" is disappear. Right?
